HOW TO REDEEM YOUR eGIFT CARD
Simply print our the email you received and bring it in with you to our store front or show us the email you received on your phone so we can get the custom gift card number. The amount on the gift eGift card will be applied to your purchase total. It can also be used to purchase online at eartheenerge.com when available.

Printing Hint: You may need to scale the email down to get it to fit on one printed page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The terms “From” and “Sender” refer to the person who is actually purchasing the eGift card. The terms “To” and “Recipient” refer to the person who will be using the eGift card. Both recipient and sender can be the same if you wish to purchase an eGift card for your self to use in the future.
2. Earthe Energe egift cards are good for products sold by Earthe Energe can be redeemed at Earthe Energe store front located 1023 Rock Blvd. Ste A Sparks NV 89431 or online from eartheenerge.com when available.
3.  Each eGift card has a distinct code on it. Please keep your card safe just like you would any other gift card.
4. Any remaining balance not used after the first use of a eGift card can be used for future purchases at Earthe Energe.
5. Earthe Energe eGift cards cannot be used to purchase another Earthe Energe eGift card.
6. If your total purchase amount exceeds the available balance on a Earthe Energe eGift card you will be required to pay the additional funds for the balance due at the time of purchase.
7. eGift cards are non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Earthe Energe may, at its sole discretion, cancel any eGift card purchase by refunding the money paid for the eGift card to the purchaser, or void any eGift card held by a recipient by refunding the eGift card balance to the recipient. If Earthe Energe, in its sole discretion, suspects that a gift eGift card has been fraudulently obtained or has been fraudulently used, it may, at its sole discretion and without limitation, close the purchasing user’s or recipient’s account, void the eGift card, request another form of payment or take any other action permissible by law.
8. Earthe Energe is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered gift eGift cards or eGift card codes. Please confirm your gift has been delivered with the recipient. Only the purchaser can contact us to resend a copy of the digital gift eGift card.
9. To check the available balance on a Earthe Energe eGift card, simply enter the eGift card number balance lookup above or call customer service at (775) 583-7444
10. The gift eGift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
11. Earthe Energe may add, delete, or modify these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on the Earthe Energe website.
12. Earthe Energe egift cards do not expire, and are not subject to dormancy fees or other surcharges.
13. Unless used to complete a purchase at Earthe Energe, the eGift card retains its full value without limitation.
